Sharing is caring, and no one knows it more than this labrador. Look at how he carries an entire bunch of grass for the buffalo, who we think is appropriately grateful.
It is quite disconcerting that animals are more helpful to each other than we are to other humans. It isn’t easy for the dog to carry so much in his tiny mouth but he is still doing it.
Why? Because his friend needs it.
He nimbly jumps on to the basin and deposits the grass right before the mouth of the buffalo.
Probably because the buffalo might have considered it to be insulting if the dog had just placed it at his feet. Come on, even buffalos have sentiments.
They know when they are being disrespected, especially someone tinier than them. The dog knows this. Or maybe, he is just being kind and nice. As dogs are.
Humans should learn from such animals. We keep fighting each other over petty stuff, while two very different species of animals are working towards their own survival and food.
What is life if we not have friends around? And the best way to make such friends is obviously by helping them out when they need you. And, when they don’t need you.
The dog wasn’t afraid of this giant of an animal- his main concern was that the buffalo would do well with some more food.
